This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently ship our products across India to locations that are serviceable by our courier partners.
Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code and courier serviceability.
2. Order Processing
After you successfully place an order and the payment is confirmed, we generally process the order within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during major sale periods may take additional time to process.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipping and tracking information through your registered email address or mobile number.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders generally take around 3-7 business days to reach the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on:

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, address, PIN code and contact details while placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, unavailable recipient or incorrect contact information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
7. Failed Delivery
Our courier partner may make delivery attempts according to its delivery process.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
If a shipment is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or did not accept the delivery, please contact us to discuss the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged when it is delivered, please take photographs of the package before opening it, wherever possible.
If the product is damaged inside the package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the product
- Video of the opening/unboxing, if available
- Description of the damage
This information helps us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipment
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will check the shipment status with our courier partner and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
10. Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handmade using natural materials such as wood and bamboo.
Because of the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight differences in colour, texture, wood grain, bamboo pattern, finish and dimensions may occur.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.
